ππ»10-15 drops total of:
lemon
tea tree
eucalyptus (peppermint can be substituted for eucalyptus)
oregano

Place mouth and nose over jar and inhale through nose deeply several times.
When breathing out keep face over jar to help create helpful oil vapors.
